Birch Trees for Fall Foliage
Saturday September 25, 2004
Birch trees provide more than just colorful fall foliage. Their bark is as interesting as their leaves, as its characteristic shedding pattern affords interesting texture. The classic (paper) birch tree has bark with a white color, but other colors are available (e.g., yellow). Still other birch trees have a weeping form. All of these fine fall foliage specimens display yellow leaves in autumn.
