Perennials for Low-Maintenance Yards

Contrary to popular belief, not all perennials qualify as low-maintenance landscape plants. Some varieties of perennials require frequent division. For those intent on using low-maintenance landscape plants, here's a handy list of perennials that do not require frequent division.

I noticed lily of the valley on this list…. In my experience this plant spreads profusely! It’s good as a groundcover, but I wouldn’t say it doesn’t require dividing!
