Bay Laurel Trees as Container Plants

Wednesday August 30, 2006
A good landscape design for small spaces requires some creativity. You must ask yourself, "How can I squeeze maximal benefits into minimal space?" Container plants are often part of the answer. They can reside on decks or patios, rather than taking up precious lawn or garden space. And sometimes, you get a 2-for-1: container plants that offer more than one benefit. Bay laurel trees serve as an example. They have a culinary use, yes; but bay laurel trees can be as pleasing to the eye as to the taste buds.
