From donkey festivals to snake handlers' festivals, the world is full of celebrations. As a landscaping enthusiast, I'm naturally partial to the celebrations that focus on plants. Steve Nix discusses cherry blossom festivals in this blog post. About's Forestry Guide takes the opportunity to educate us about flowering cherry trees, as well. There are many cherry blossom trees from which to choose, "but Kwanzan and Yoshino seem to be America's favorite pair," says Steve.
