When garden centers set out pansies for sale, you know that spring has finally arrived. Perhaps you have already bought and planted your pansies this spring and are enjoying the color that their "flower faces" bring to your landscaping. But if you're squeamish, I'd suggest turning the petals upside down on your plates; some folks may find it awkward to "look them in the face" before ingesting them.
