Who's Afraid of Virginia Creeper?

Virginia creeper is not really a creeper (i.e., ground-hugger) at all, but rather a vigorous climbing vine. Some folks dislike its aggressive growth habits and are intent on killing Virginia creeper. If that describes your own attitude toward Virginia creeper, you'll learn how to get rid of it in this article. Ironically, while many folks confuse the vine with poison ivy, Virginia creeper, too, can be a health hazard for some people; I've had readers email me with stories to this effect.
