Everyone knows to be on the lookout when outside for yellow jackets, mosquitoes and the like. Unfortunately, because of the weeds I term the "itchy rash plants," we can't even let our guard down when coming into contact with weeds in the yard. So what's a body to do? Just my luck. I ran a 10k mud run about two weeks ago. A girlfriend and I decided to cheat a tiny baby bit and cut across this field and it cut about 200 yards out of the race. Well what do I get for cheating…? Poison oak all down my legs.. The worst rash ever! It’s just now finally starting to heal! Thanks for the article, now I know what to look for and I won’t be doing any cheating on my next race!

We went to Nevada lake ,and me and my dad were exploring ,and there were many plants.when I got home that’s when I noticed I have red all over my back and stomach and neck. Idk if it’s the plants or maybe a bug.hopefully it heals.
