Do you have problems with water runoff? Does rain rush down the hillside on a neighboring property and flood an area of your yard, leaving it soaked all the time? There are mechanical solutions to the problem, but in this first of a two-part series on water runoff I discuss native plants that won't balk at all about growing in such areas.
