Sometimes we're lucky enough to have a 2-for-1 in landscape design.
Herbs are for more than just cooking. An artistic eye can find a myriad of uses for herbs in landscape design, based on the various forms, textures and colors of herb plants. But now that harvest time is imminent, our attention turns to drying herbs, so that their culinary and/or aromatic value won't be wasted. And on that topic, Marie Iannotti, About's Gardening Guide, has some insights to share.
