As you can see from the photo, oleander is a type of flowering tree that can produce striking, deep pink blossoms (white is also available).
If you wish to have it grow as a tree, train your Oleander by removing suckers. Grow oleander tree in planting zones 8-10 in full sun. But if children or pets will be around, you may want to reconsider planting oleander trees, since they are poisonous plants.
