Flowering Shrubs: Vanhoutte Spirea

This late-spring bloomer puts out masses of little flowers that remind one ever so much of "Nonpareil" candies. But there are many types of spireas, and they come in different colors. 'Neon Flash' spirea, for example, has pink flowers.
