The fall foliage of grapevine leaves is a light yellow. Grapevines give off a very pleasant aroma during the fall season. Whether you grow wild grapes for jelly (or simply for their beauty) or cultivated types for fruit or wine, you'll probably want to train the plants over some kind of structure. If you build a garden arbor for wild grapes, make sure it's sturdy, because the vines become heavy over time.
