Emerald 'n Gold euonymus shrub has the colors of gold and green on the same leaf; that is, like the iris on the prior page, it is a variegated plant. Also offering the gold I want in my color scheme are golden moneywort (an "extra" which I discuss at the end of the tutorial), Angelina stonecrop plants and a King's Gold false cypress shrub.
But enough of color considerations for now. There's some hard work involved in this project, too! In Step 4 we'll get down and dirty....
